2027 target

The two pilot fitness parks are a development target. Locations, construction dates and opening dates depend on land agreements, funding and delivery partners.

What is the 47-county vision?

The long-term ambition is charitable outreach and talent identification in all 47 Kenyan counties by 2029, following an initial target of at least 10 counties in 2027. Our current work does not yet cover all 47 counties.

What does the USD 5 million figure mean?

The business plan estimates an annual program vision of approximately USD 5 million. This is an indicative planning estimate, not secured funding or an immediate funding request. It will be refined as governance, financial policies and county partnerships are formalized.

  • Community fitness park construction: USD 1,500,000 (indicative)
  • Charity and outreach: USD 1,200,000 (indicative)
  • MMA program scale-up: USD 800,000 (indicative)
  • Talent identification and multi-sport expansion: USD 500,000 (indicative)
  • Education and mentorship: USD 400,000 (indicative)
  • Operations, staffing, governance and monitoring: USD 400,000 (indicative)
  • Marketing, media and partnerships: USD 200,000 (indicative)

The immediate priority is the USD 50,000 planned showcase budget.

Financial accountability commitments

The plan commits to a dedicated Foundation account separate from personal accounts, approved activity budgets, monthly management accounts with external accounting support, and an annual independent audit. These measures form our accountability plan. We will publish reporting information as it becomes available.

Monitoring, evaluation and partner reporting

Proposed event measures include attendance, media reach, funds raised against budget, participation and fighter welfare. Program measures cover active athletes, county outreach, completed parks and employment or contract placements.

The plan commits to a financial and impact report within 30 days of the showcase, quarterly partner updates and an annual report. Reports will be published as activities are completed and reviewed.

Reports and supporting documents

There are no annual reports or audited financial statements available to download yet. We will add them here when they are available.
